The Cottages at
Luna Shores

The Cottages at Luna Shores located on Lakeshore Rd in Union Pier started in the 1940’s as the local General Store and Ice Cream Parlor. Featuring hot dogs, hamburgers, candy, and ice cream for people to walk up from the beach and enjoy.

TRG was contracted for a major renovation and repurposing of all 5 cottages. Putting our design build services to work, TRG demolished and repurposed the entire site for vacation units just a short walk from the beach.

The Cottages are now a premier vacation spot in the heart of Union Pier.
