Terry Malloy

Financial modeling & analysis, underwriting, market research, and strategy.

Terry joined TRG in September of 2023 to lead the wide range of activities involved in the sourcing, analysis, and closing of commercial development deals.

He has a background in real estate financial analysis, most recently with a developer-owner-operator in his home state of PA, and before that had stints in the startup and venture capital worlds.

Terry has both an MBA in finance and a BA in anthropology from the University of Notre Dame.
