Local State Farm agent Rick Reid set out on the endeavor to build a brand new 6,800 SF office complex in the heart of Granger Indiana.

TRG was selected as the General Contractor to oversee the entire build process in collaboration with Rick Reid, Arkos Design, and the City of Granger.

The building is stick built on a slab and features six high end Class B office suites.
