Block

The Rice Block building is located in the heart of downtown St Joseph Michigan and was originally built in the 1800’s. Featuring a Jimmy Johns on the first floor and seven studio apartments above it, the building is located on the corner of the main intersection downtown and has beautiful lake views from the apartments.

TRG was part of the acquisition team and led the remodeling of the space. The apartments were in much need of a facelift. TRG coordinated the renovation of each space with the tenants and owners. Part of each apartment renovation included a new kitchen, bathroom, tiled showers, LVP flooring, kitchen/bath fixtures, LED lighting upgrades, and painting of the entire living space.

Also included in the renovation was a new coin operated laundry station for the residents.
