Relevant Church was experiencing tremendous growth and was desperate for a new location to call home.

Partnering with TRG, they developed a plan to transform the old Michiana Party Hall building into a new worship center right in the heart of the Niles retail corridor.

TRG renovated and built out 15,000 SF for Relevant. Included in the renovation was a new worship center, meeting rooms, children's area, and four new bathrooms.
