The Garage Arcade was founded by local entrepreneurs in South Bend and after years of growth and expansion, it was time for them to grow into the adjoining building. TRG was selected as the general contractor for the design build. The scope included demolition of an adjoining storefront wall, two bathrooms, and the existing bar. For the reconstruction, TRG expanded the bar top and facilities by 150% and installed two brand new fully tiled bathrooms with new partitions, repurposed an office room to a media room, cut and infilled concrete trenching and relocated several plumbing fixtures. The Garage Arcade is now the premier arcade venue in South Bend!
